Non-disclosure agreement

By submitting your information, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Munroe Multifamily, LLC has been retained as the exclusive broker for the Seller regarding the sale of the referenced property, and that Seller has requested that all inquiries and communications with respect to the sale of the referenced property be directed exclusively to Munroe Multifamily, LLC. You hereby acknowledge and agree that all information, documents and other materials disclosed to or received by you in or through this website shall be deemed private and classified and you hereby covenant and agree not to disclose any such information, documents and/or other materials to any other non-registrant or third party. You further hereby covenant and agree not to initiate any contact or discussions with any municipality, city, state, county or other governing agency regarding the potential purchase, use and/or development of any property featured on this website until and unless you have first entered into a written, signed contract for the purchase of such property, or obtained the owner’s prior written consent thereto. You further hereby acknowledge and agree that, by registering as a principal or broker, you represent and warrant to Munroe Multifamily, LLC that you are acting in that capacity. Further, by registering as a principal, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Munroe Multifamily, LLC will not pay a buyer’s broker fee to any outside buyer’s broker, registered group, company, and/or individual.
